COMPUTER INDEXES

The Book Index can be searched by author or title or part thereof. The card index can still be used but no further entries are being made.

The Subject Index contains references to journal articles, microfiche, maps, some books (where the title is not descriptive of the subject) and chapters in books. It is best used by scrolling down the alphabetical list of subjects.

The Journals Index lists all our exchange and donated journals. It includes the name and address of each society and the title of the journal.

The Cemetery Index includes references to books, journal articles, microfiche, CDs and maps. It is very comprehensive - some of the references do not appear in the card index. No further entries will be made to the card index.

Our aim is to make our resources as accessible as possible to as many members as possible. If you need help in using the indexes please ask.
